Purpose
The Association of Work, Organizational and Industrial Psychologists (IOCP) was established to implement models that will improve the quality of working life in the fields of work, organizational, and industrial psychology through an interdisciplinary approach and innovative solution methods. We aim to improve individuals' rights in the workplace, ensure that the science of psychology benefits all segments of society, and produce appropriate solutions to facilitate the functional participation of individuals in work and daily life, considering all characteristics that create diversity.
Goals
We aim to establish the active participation of psychologists and specialists with postgraduate education in psychology in creating decent working conditions to ensure that the working life does not harm individuals' physical and psychological health and safety. This will help employees be healthy, happy, motivated, and productive in their participation in working life.
In addition to achieving the goals within the ordinary course of life, we aim to produce solutions to strengthen social, cultural, and psychological resilience, ensuring that society is prepared for all kinds of crises, disasters, and accidents.
To prevent losses and damages, the association will conduct projects that encourage different sectors within the social structure, businesses of all sizes, and employees from all levels and professions to take on a stakeholder role in building a proactive safety culture.
Field of Activity
Conducting research and development for the purpose of achieving outlined goals.
Conducting activities such as courses, seminars, conferences, summits and panels.
