Aim
The Association of Work, Organization, Industrial and Labor Psychologists (IOCP) was established to develop models that will improve the quality of work life with an interdisciplinary approach and innovative solution methods in the fields of work, organization, working life and industrial psychology. It aims to improve the rights of individuals in work life, to ensure that psychology benefits all segments of society, and to produce appropriate solutions to ensure the functional participation of individuals in work and daily life with all its diverse features.

Goals
It aims to ensure the active participation of psychologists and experts with postgraduate psychology training in creating humane working conditions so that working life does not harm people's physical and psychological health and safety, and that employees are healthy, happy, willing to participate in working life and productive.
In addition to achieving its goals within the normal flow of life, it will also produce solutions that will ensure that society is prepared for all kinds of crises, disasters and accidents and strengthen social, cultural and psychological resilience.
To prevent losses and damages, projects will be carried out to ensure that different sectors, businesses of all sizes, and employees of all levels and professions within the social structure take on stakeholder roles in building a proactive security culture.

Field of Activity
To conduct research and development activities to activate and improve its activities.
To organize national and international educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences, summits and panels.
To obtain and analyze all kinds of information, documents, and publications necessary for the achievement of the objective; to establish a documentation center; to establish computer software laboratories; and to establish R&D centers; to publish publications such as newspapers, magazines, scientific journals, books, and bulletins in line with its objectives to disseminate its work; to conduct surveys and prepare reports. To work with political parties, industry organizations, chambers, universities, and other non-governmental organizations to establish national mobility in line with the objectives of the Association of Organizational, Industrial, and Work Psychologists (IOCP) and to ensure its integration into current policy.
