Application Process

To become a member;
•Having a master's or doctorate degree in a work, social, organizational behaviour, organizational and industrial psychology fields. OR
•Having a bachelor's degree in psychology and having experience in work, industrial and organizational psychology field for at least 2 years

Assessment and Communication Process
After receiving your application, we will promptly check if the conditions for joining the association are met and will respond via email. At this stage, you will be asked to provide a document proving that you are a colleague. We will request you to share your bachelor's degree in psychology, a related master's/doctoral degree, or a resume showcasing your industry experience with IOCP. After all evaluations, we will inform you of the result regarding your association membership.

Association Dues and Official Membership
If everything was completed without any issues, your membership will officially become active after the dues are paid. Welcome to our association!
